Job Description
These position will consist of 3rd level application support of our
enterprise IM solutions including Office Communications Server (OCS),
Communicator Web Access (CWA), Microsoft Group Chat and Live Meeting
The position will require participation in product enhancements and/or
upgrade projects as well as capacity planning/ management.
Skills:
· Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. Typically
3-5 years of IT experience
· Experience with installation, configuration and support of the
Microsoft Office Communication Server 2007 and/or Microsoft Lync 2010
applications
· Active Directory experience
· Proficient Windows 2003/2008 support skills
· Experience with Microsoft Group Chat
· Some experience with SQL code and SQL Server 2005
