Ideal candidates will have a broad range of web development and web services experience, be willing to tackle challenging tasks that are not necessarily in their area of expertise, have a strong history of getting things done in a timely and practical manner with minimal supervision, have high standards when it comes to code quality, and have the desire to work on highly dynamic systems in a highly collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

·  Design, implement, and support core systems and technologies

·  Work closely with external teams to improve workflow as needed

·  Identify possible pitfalls and provide practical alternatives/solutions

Requirements

·  2 years experience in C# .NET

·  MS SQL experience

·  Fluent in jQuery

·  Strong CSS

·  Source Control (Team Foundation Server & Git)

·  Strong communication skills

Pluses
Experience in the following:

·  MySQL

·  Cassandra DB

·  Memcache

·  Amazon Web Services

·  Video Encoding

·  PHP

·  Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

·  Ruby on Rails

·  Python
