Job Description:

The primary duties of the Asset Administrator Entry level are standard
report generation and review, as directed by Account Asset Manager and
ABM Data team captain. To verify asset inventory accuracy by identifying
discrepancies between Asset Center (or other primary asset data
repository) and auto-discovery data, billing data, ADMS, and other data
repositories. The Asset Administrator will coordinate with other teams
to identify and analyze root cause of Asset Database errors
(exceptions), reconcile the discrepancies, and ensure root cause is
resolved and error generation is eliminated.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience Required:
2+ years experience with Hardware or Software Asset management
Bachelors Degree or equivalent business experience
ITIL Foundations certified or in depth understanding of Asset Management
processes and lifecycle

Knowledge and Skills Required:
Proficient problem solving skills
Proficient business communication skills
Proven record to analyze high volumes of data to ensure accuracy and
compliance to standards
Ability to query and compare data
Solid understanding of:
AssetCenter
Microsoft Excel
