Highly skilled at front-end engineering using various JavaScript libraries and micro frameworks (jQuery, Angular, Prototype, Dojo, Backbone, YUI), HTML and CSS.
Well versed in software engineering principles, frameworks and technologies.
Excellent communication skills.
Self-directed team player who thrives in a continually changing environment.
Fearless about experimenting with new technologies.
Strong customer service/client service skills.

1+ years of Ruby on Rails experience developing highly-scalable consumer or business applications on a production environment
Excellent problem solving, creative thinking and self-motivation skills
Strong understanding of scalability, systems engineering, algorithms and software/architectural design patterns with emphasis on OO and MVC
Solid background in dynamic languages
Experience creating and consuming web services and APIs using REST
Knowledge of front-end technologies jQuery, Javascript, CSS, SASS, HTML
Some experience with Linux systems administration CentOS, Ubuntu
Fearless about experimenting with new technologies
Strong communication skills
