Windows Senior Administrator – Deep Technical Support

Windows Deep Technical Support engineer applies high technical input,
solutions and recommendations to incidents related to HP customer's
in-scope server environment running Microsoft Windows operating systems,
Citrix and ESX environments. Works as last escalation point for non
resolved incidents and is required to use high technical criteria to
provide solutions for any incident, request or project.

Requirements:

MCSE or MCITP Certification is a big plus
3 or more years of demonstrated experience with supporting and
engineering Windows Server Operating System.
VMware or Citrix technology knowledge.
Experience resolving applications and OS issues on a Windows Platform.
English level: 80%
