Requirements

• 2+ years of Ruby on Rails experience developing highly-scalable consumer or business applications on a production environment
• Excellent problem solving, creative thinking and self-motivation skills
• Strong understanding of scalability, systems engineering, algorithms and software/architectural design patterns with emphasis on OO and MVC
• Solid background in dynamic languages
• Experience creating and consuming web services and APIs using REST
• Knowledge of front-end technologies jQuery, Javascript, CSS, SASS, HTML
• Some experience with Linux systems administration CentOS, Ubuntu
• Fearless about experimenting with new technologies
• Strong communication skills
