C# Web Developer

Ideal candidates will have a broad range of web development and web services experience, be willing to tackle challenging tasks that are not necessarily in their area of expertise, have a strong history of getting things done in a timely and practical manner with minimal supervision, have high standards when it comes to code quality, and have the desire to work on highly dynamic systems in a highly collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support core systems and technologies
• Work closely with external teams to improve workflow as needed
• Identify possible pitfalls and provide practical alternatives/solutions

Requirements

• 2 years experience in C# .NET
• MS SQL experience
• Fluent in jQuery
• Strong CSS
• Source Control (Team Foundation Server & Git)
• Strong communication skills

Pluses

Experience in the following:

• My SQL
• Cassandra DB
• Memcache
• Amazon Web Services
• Video Encoding
• PHP
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Ruby on Rails
• Python
