Human Resources Coordinator

The human resource coordinator will manage the company’s and its affiliates’ full cycle compensation & benefits processes for all employees, both local and foreign. This position will work closely with management, Finance and the HR Lead, providing feedback on related HR functions and processes. This position has full responsibility for overseeing all aspects of hiring, compensation & benefits programs to ensure the smooth facilitation on these to the employees. The position will serve as the primary point of contact for personnel issues, hiring functions, and employee feedback loops.

Primary Responsibilities
  • New Talent Recruitment
  • Team Capacity Planning
  • Market Rate Research for Job Positions
  • New Hire On boarding
  • Compensation Plan Development and Execution
  • 360 Employee and Managerial Reviews

Additional Responsibilities
  • Maintain Vacation Management
  • Employee Schedules and Attendance Management
  • Employee Holiday Scheduling
  • Team Allocation Reporting
  • Company Outings And Activities
  • Internal policy formation and enforcement: vacations, meetings, lunch, breaks, etc
  • Ongoing education and Training programs
